Old Inn Crawfordsburn Wedding
Peter and Stacey
The Old Inn Crawfordsburn Wedding. Peter and Stacey tied the knot with a beautiful early springtime wedding at The Old Inn, Crawfordsburn, County Down. This country style inn and hotel is a really wonderful venue for weddings and I always enjoy it’s warm, rustic charm
The day kicked off with the groom and his men, capturing the last minute glasses of bubbly and socks! The bride’s home was nearby and I got there in time for her preparations along with her lovely bridesmaids and family
The couple had a traditional ceremony and celebrated with family and friends. Afterwards, we ventured the short drive to the country park along with the videographer. Crawfordsburn is an ideal spot for natural location shots with the beach and woods close by. The weather was a bit on the chilly side but remained bright and dry as we made the most of our time at the park. The newlyweds were really great in front of the camera and we all had a blast. We worked through a range of poses and got some nice wide angles and portraits. The bride looked stunning and a gentle sea breeze added great movement to her veil, although it did manage to blow off on a couple of occasions
Back at the Old Inn and the party was getting into full swing. We worked through the family formals and captured some great shots at the staircase leading down to the dining room just before the speeches. Afterwards, the dancing got going and everyone celebrated into the night
It was a real lovely day and a pleasure to be part of it and capture the memories.
Here is a small selection of images from the day which I hope you will enjoy.
